Tinyito provides physical customized alphabet cards based on images submitted by users. These cards are generated using third-party technology and printed and shipped by our partners.

Our services include:

• Uploading photos to create personalized alphabet cards
• Processing images using AI technology (OpenAI)
• Printing and shipping via Printify.com

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Only upload photos you own or have rights to use.
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Not interfere with the security or operation of our services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these conditions.

4. Order Processing

All sales are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and third-party fulfillment timelines.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the user's choice of GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, or CAD, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location. We accept payment via approved third-party payment providers.

6. Refunds

Because each card is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including branding, design, and templates, is owned by Edgy Thoughts Limited. You retain ownership of the images you upload. By submitting images, you grant us a limited, non-transferable license to process, print, and fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party services; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or any amount exceeding the price paid for the product.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior we consider inappropriate or harmful.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers:

• OpenAI to generate your images (OpenAI Privacy Policy)
• Printify.com to print and deliver your images (Printify Terms of Service)

By using our service, you also agree to their respective terms.
